Pear Tini Mocktail Measurements (1 serving)

  • 2 oz non alcoholic gin

  • 2 oz pear juice or pear nectar

  • ½ oz elderflower syrup

  • ½ oz fresh lemon juice

  • 1–2 oz sparkling water to top

Shake everything except the sparkling water with ice. Strain into a chilled coupe, then top with sparkling water. Finish with your baked pear skewer garnish.

If you want it softer and sweeter

Reduce lemon to ¼ oz and add a splash more pear juice.

If you want it crisper and drier

Keep lemon at ½ oz and go lighter on elderflower.
