What is your return policy?
Autumn Foxx accepts returns on full-price U.S. orders within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Sale items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return. A $10 restocking fee applies per return.
International returns are accepted, but customers are responsible for all shipping fees.
How do I return an item?
Start your return through our Smooth Returns Portal. Once approved, you may drop your package at any FedEx location or ship directly to:

How soon will I get my refund?
Please allow 1–2 weeks for your return to arrive and be processed. Refunds are issued to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days after inspection.
How do I exchange an item?
Exchanges can be initiated through our Smooth Returns Portal. If your new item is priced higher, you will be prompted to cover the difference. Please note: exchanges are not available for international orders.
How long before my order ships?
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please email support@autumnfoxx.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Autumn Foxx currently ships to select countries including Australia, Canada, and the United Kingdom. Shipping times vary depending on destination and method (Standard, International, or Express). Please note that customs fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
When will sold out items be restocked?
Certain core styles may be restocked, but we cannot guarantee availability. Follow us on social media or join our mailing list for updates.

What is Shop Pay?
Shop Pay allows faster checkout and offers the option to split your purchase into four bi-weekly installments with no additional fees. Early payoff is penalty-free, and installment plans do not impact your credit score. Currently available for U.S. customers only.
