Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
Every order is carefully packed from our studio, and you’ll receive a tracking email as soon as it ships.
Shipping & Tracking
Tracking is available through FedEx, UPS, or USPS.
Once shipped, carrier delays are unfortunately beyond our control, though we’ll always assist however possible.
Complimentary U.S. economy shipping on orders $300+ (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and territories).
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or restricted regions.

Ground: 2–5 business days
Priority Mail: 1–3 business days
Priority Express: Next day–2 day delivery
UPS
Ground: 1–5 business days
2-Day Air: By end of 2nd business day
Next Day Air: Ensures next business day delivery
Economy Shipping
Northeast: 2–7 business days
Midwest, South & West: 6–9 business days
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & territories: extended delivery times
Returns & Exchanges
Returns on full-price merchandise accepted within 15 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all tags attached.
A $10 restocking fee applies per return.
Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you use our prepaid return label, a $12 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds to your original payment method may take 5–7 business days once items are inspected.
Exchanges may be initiated through our Returns Portal or by contacting customer service.
International orders: returns only, no exchanges.
International Orders
International returns are accepted; customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.
Exchanges are not available for international orders.
